Strategic IT Product Leader with deep expertise in defining and delivering technology solutions for the Commercial Business Line. Skilled in translating complex business needs into scalable, high‑impact product enhancements and solutions. Leads cross‑functional teams through the full product lifecycle—from requirements definition and root cause analysis to solution design, implementation, and continuous improvement. Provides clear direction, prioritization, and leadership to ensure initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a commercial online application for the bank and participate in all aspects of the application—enhancements, migration, upgrades, new product configurations, new product implementations, etc.
  • Manage vendor relationships to ensure compliance with agreed‑upon SLAs.
  • Understand vendor roadmap and plan initiatives within the bank, including budget, application support, controls, access management, and related activities.
  • Lead design, build, and test planning phases for medium to large‑scope enhancements and projects.
  • Work with the Manager for resource and systems capacity planning and estimation efforts for the application development team to which you are assigned.
  • Participate in budgeting exercises for the department.
  • Lead both the Run and Change sides of the commercial online application.
  • Use comparative analysis techniques to evaluate and recommend overall IT solutions for clients and the organization.
  • Provide consulting services to internal business groups and peers on process‑improvement projects designed to improve business and IT results.
  • Lead the team in requirements‑analysis activities for projects to which you are assigned.
  • Represent the customer (Voice) internally, leveraging market research and trends to provide best customer value.
  • Coordinate production releases with internal and external partners.
  • Manage associated risks effectively by producing appropriate risk‑mitigation plans.
  • Provide consistent, accurate, and timely updates to team members and management regarding the status and issues surrounding projects and tasks.
  • Interact with IT and PMO senior management on application‑level and enterprise‑wide project planning and execution.
  • Create and track project plans as necessary.
  • Ensure satisfaction of internal and external audits of systems by ensuring compliance with the bank’s policies such as IT Governance, Information Security, and related regulations.
  • Review and generate all necessary documentation, including requirement management documentation.
  • Represent the application team in Change Control meetings, analyzing impacts and sharing information between the team and the Change Control Board.
Skills and Abilities

Knowledge and understanding of information reporting and digital access channels (e.g., web, mobile, file delivery, SWIFT and API) is required. Ability to lead product enhancements, data migrations, and new product implementations in an agile way is a plus. Excellent interpersonal skills, including verbal, written, and technical communication, are essential. Strong problem‑solving abilities, attention to detail, and working knowledge of cash and treasury management services are required. A solid understanding of programming and software development practices is essential.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a directly related field.

Experience: 10+ years in Product and IT Application management, with deep knowledge of information reporting and digital/online channels for commercial clients; 10-11 years of complex software development experience, 5 of which were in a supervisory capacity, and 5-7 years managing teams supporting their assigned business domain.

Salary: $170,000.00 to $196,000.00 (actual salary may vary based on factors such as knowledge, skills, experience, and location). This position is eligible for incentive compensation.
