Job description

MARKETPLACE GROWTH MANAGER.
Full-Time | Granite Gold, Inc. | Reports to CEO.
Amazon | Walmart | Home Depot | Lowe's | Target+ / Wayfair.
This is a fully remote role.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Granite Gold is a category leader in stone care and hard surface maintenance, with an established and growing presence across major ecommerce marketplaces. We are seeking a hands-on, results-driven Marketplace Growth Manager to scale our ecommerce business across Amazon, Walmart, HomeDepot.com, Lowes.com, and future channels including Target+ and Wayfair.
This is a highly entrepreneurial role for someone who enjoys building, problem-solving, and driving measurable growth. You will work directly with leadership, own meaningful outcomes, and have real upside tied to your results. You are not here to maintain the status quo — you are here to grow the business.
RESPONSIBILITIES.
Drive Marketplace Revenue Growth:
  • Own and grow revenue across Amazon, Walmart, HomeDepot.com, Lowes.com, and additional marketplace channels.
  • Identify and execute growth opportunities across products, platforms, and promotional strategies.
  • Monitor marketplace trends, competitive landscape, pricing dynamics, and assortment gaps.
  • Develop and manage promotional calendars, deal strategies, and seasonal campaigns across channels.

SKU Expansion & Product Launches:
  • Identify opportunities for new SKU launches and whitespace expansion across marketplace channels.
  • Lead end-to-end product launch process including listing creation, content optimization, SEO, images, and conversion rate improvement.
  • Build scalable, repeatable processes for ongoing product launches and marketplace expansion.
  • Improve listing quality across the entire catalog — content, imagery, A+ content, and discoverability.

Marketplace Operations & Account Management:
  • Manage daily marketplace operations and platform performance across all active channels.
  • Oversee Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central, Walmart Seller Center, and retailer portals.
  • Ensure listings, pricing, inventory levels, and merchandising are accurate, optimized, and compliant.
  • Monitor and resolve account health issues, suppressed listings, and operational bottlenecks proactively.

Agency & Partner Management:
  • Manage external ecommerce and advertising agency relationships — set expectations, review performance, and drive accountability.
  • Evaluate advertising performance across key metrics: ROAS, TACoS, conversion rates, and net contribution.
  • Drive continuous improvement from agency partners and escalate or restructure relationships when performance falls short.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve execution speed and cross-functional efficiency.

Profitability & Operational Efficiency:
  • Improve contribution margins through pricing strategy, advertising efficiency, and product mix optimization.
  • Identify and eliminate wasted ad spend, operational redundancies, and margin leakage.
  • Partner with operations and supply chain on demand forecasting, inventory planning, and in-stock rates.
  • Build and maintain reporting dashboards and performance scorecards across channels.

New Channel Expansion:
  • Evaluate, onboard, and launch new marketplace channels including Target+, Wayfair, and others as prioritized.
  • Develop channel-specific launch strategies, content requirements, and operational playbooks.
  • Own new channel performance from launch through stabilization and growth.

QUALIFICATIONS.
Required:
  • 5+ years of ecommerce and marketplace management experience, with proven revenue growth results.
  • Deep hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central.
  • Strong working knowledge of Walmart Marketplace.
  • Experience launching and scaling new products/SKUs across marketplace platforms.
  • Demonstrated success managing external ecommerce or advertising agency partners.
  • Strong analytical skills — comfortable owning metrics, building reports, and making data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership, and deliver results without heavy oversight.

Preferred:
  • Experience with HomeDepot.com, Lowes.com, Target+, Wayfair, or specialty retail marketplaces.
  • Background in consumer products, home improvement, cleaning, or adjacent categories.
  • Experience in a founder-led or entrepreneurial company environment.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Profitero, or similar platforms.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE:
  • Meaningful, measurable revenue growth across all active marketplace channels.
  • Expanded SKU count with successful, optimized product launches.
  • Improved contribution margins and advertising efficiency (lower TACoS, higher ROAS).
  • Stronger agency accountability — partners who deliver or get replaced.
  • Walmart and new channel businesses growing quarter-over-quarter.
  • Operational efficiency: fewer suppressed listings, better in-stock rates, cleaner reporting.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
We compensate competitively and structure meaningful upside for high performers. This role is built for someone who wants to own outcomes — and be rewarded accordingly.
Base Salary | $115,000 – $130,000 DOE.
Performance Bonus | 15% – 40% of base, tied to revenue growth, margin improvement, and marketplace expansion milestones.
Total Target Compensation | $132,000 – $182,000+ at plan.
Benefits | Health, dental, and vision insurance.
Additional | Mileage/expense reimbursement; tools and software budget for marketplace management platforms.
ABOUT YOU:
You are entrepreneurial, growth-oriented, and take genuine ownership of results. You enjoy solving problems, building systems, and growing a business through both strategic thinking and hands-on execution. You know your way around Seller Central at 11pm if that's what it takes — and you're equally comfortable presenting a channel strategy to leadership.
You don't wait for a playbook to be handed to you. You write it.
