  • Own product data structure in Plytix:
    • Category taxonomy (3-tier system)
    • Attribute completeness and standardization
    • SKU normalization across 6,000+ products
  • Ensure all required attributes are present for marketplace compliance:
    • Dimensions, materials, certifications, compatibility, etc.
  • Maintain data integrity across all channels

2. Marketplace Readiness & Compliance

  • Identify and resolve listing blockers:
    • Missing attributes (e.g., burn time, BPA-free, dimensions)
    • Category mismatches
    • Incomplete product specifications
  • Prepare listings for Amazon, Walmart, Wayfair, and other channels
  • Work with Feedonomics to ensure proper data mapping and distribution

3. AI Content & Scaling Systems

  • Define and enforce image standards:
    • No product distortion
    • Accurate color and proportions
    • Realistic environments
  • Oversee media workflows using Cloudinary and AI tools
  • Prioritize high-impact categories for content improvement

5. Catalog System Ownership (Adobe InDesign)

  • Lead annual printed catalog production (~2 months/year)
  • Build and maintain a data-driven catalog system:

    • Shipping classes
    • Marketplace competitiveness
  • Flag SKUs that are:
    • Unprofitable
    • Oversized or freight-sensitive
