Overview

Location should be Hub based (Plano, Purchase or Chicago)

The Workforce Modernization Change Enablement team is focused on executing change and removing barriers to full adoption/implementation across PEPNA. The role of the Workforce Modernization Change Enablement Sr Manager reports to the Sr. Director Change Enablement and the individual will support the North America Change Enablement.

Key areas of focus for assigned projects include:

  • Lead integrated change management approach to successfully support the deployment of North America Workforce Modernization transformation initiatives
  • Own and create change plans including Org-Renewal and sustainment activities for North America reorganization activities
  • Support North America Culture Transformation & Organization renewal strategies.
  • Support the Change Enablement capability agenda including design and deployment for People leaders and change practitioners.
Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively with a team of Change Management Professionals, Project Management (PMs/HR PMOs), and the change Deployment Teams across North America
  • Manage key change management deliverables including -but not limited to- change scoping and role impact, stakeholder analysis, communication planning, training plan development, and facilitation, sustainment, and adoption best practices
  • Serve as a critical link across business functions- Go To Market, Sales, Supply Chain and Global
  • Successfully translates theoretical approaches, past experiences, and business needs into practical plans and manages end-to-end delivery
  • Manage change-related interdependencies across workstreams and functions within projects
  • Demonstrate strong leadership and influencing skills, including the ability to challenge the status quo

Compensation and Benefits:

  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $123,500 - $206,750.
  • Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
  • Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 15% of annual salary paid out annually.
  • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in Change Management, Human Resources, or related field
  • Proficiency with change management, organizational structure, and business transformation
  • Ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders
  • Demonstrated written and verbal communication, presentation and relationship management skills
  • Demonstrated leadership, teambuilding, motivation, and facilitation skills
  • Ability to take ownership and independently drive progress while building strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Change and project management experience in multiple cross-function transformations
  • Attention to detail, excellent organization skills, ability to multi-task, and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong capability to perform in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel) and comfort with basic analytics
