Participar en la gestion y ejecucion de proyectos de consultoria relacionados con servicios de due diligence de seguros para clientes del ambito de fusiones y adquisiciones y de financiacion estructurada, proporcionando asesoramiento tecnico especializado y contribuyendo al desarrollo de relaciones comerciales a largo plazo.
Responsabilidades Principales
Cliente - Relacion con Clientes
- Desarrollar y mantener relaciones solidas con clientes, asi como con otras areas de negocio de WTW.
- Identificar oportunidades de negocio derivadas de la actividad con clientes actuales y potenciales.
- Coordinar y gestionar las comunicaciones entre los clientes y la practica de M&A Due Diligence y Lenders Insurance Advisory.
- Comprender las necesidades, objetivos y expectativas de los clientes en cada proyecto.
- Contribuir al fortalecimiento de relaciones de confianza que favorezcan el desarrollo de oportunidades recurrentes de negocio.
Cliente - Gestion de Proyectos y Consultoria
Entre otras funciones, el candidato sera responsable de:
- Participar en la prestacion de servicios de consultoria en riesgos y seguros, incluyendo la definicion del alcance de los trabajos, la preparacion de propuestas y la ejecucion de analisis de due diligence.
- Coordinar y gestionar proyectos de forma eficiente, aprovechando la red de especialistas sectoriales y geograficos de WTW para ofrecer soluciones adaptadas a las necesidades de los clientes.
- Recopilar, analizar y coordinar informacion procedente de distintas fuentes para la ejecucion de los proyectos.
- Elaborar y revisar informes tecnicos de due diligence y otra documentacion asociada.
- Revisar documentacion contractual relevante e informes elaborados por terceros.
- Asumir la coordinacion y seguimiento de los proyectos asignados, garantizando el cumplimiento de plazos y estandares de calidad.
- Proporcionar un servicio de alta calidad, manteniendo una comunicacion fluida y proactiva con los clientes.
- Actuar como punto de referencia para la resolucion de consultas tanto internas como externas relacionadas con los proyectos.
Los Requisitos
La posicion es idonea para profesionales que busquen asumir mayores responsabilidades, desarrollar una trayectoria especializada en consultoria de riesgos y seguros aplicada a operaciones corporativas y formar parte de un equipo en crecimiento con exposicion internacional.
Se valorara especialmente:
- Entre 3 y 5 anos de experiencia en el sector asegurador, consultoria de riesgos o actividades relacionadas.
- Conocimientos de seguros corporativos y analisis de riesgos.
- Capacidad de gestion de proyectos y trabajo en entornos dinamicos.
- Excelentes habilidades analiticas, de comunicacion y redaccion.
