Senior Client Relationship Manager

CuraLinc is seeking an experienced client services professional to directly manage business relationships with key employee assistance program (EAP) clients. The Senior Client Relationship Manager is responsible for developing and implementing strategies pertaining to account retention and growth.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Manage And Grow Client Relationships: Act as the Primary Point of Contact for a Defined Book of Complex EAP and Wellness Clients, Maintaining and Growing Business Relationships by Delivering a Strategic, Value-Added Experience, Leading Proactive Renewal Efforts, and Identifying Opportunities to Expand Services in Alignment with Each Client's Long-Term Goals
  • Provide Consultative Recommendations and Evaluate Program Performance: Offer Strategic and Consultative Recommendations to Help Clients Maximize The Value of Their EAP and/or Wellness Programs, Applying Deep Knowledge of Behavioral Health Trends to Translate Program Insights Into Actionable Strategies — While Continuously Evaluating Program Performance Through Executive-Level Business Reviews, ROI Analysis, and Close Coordination with Clinical and Operations Teams
  • Develop Client-Specific Engagement Strategies: Collaborate with Client Plan Sponsors and Their Brokers to Develop and Implement Tailored Engagement Strategies for EAP and/or Wellness Programs, Leveraging Knowledge of Workforce Demographics and Organizational Culture to Design Impactful, Multi-Channel Communication Campaigns That Drive Sustained Employee Participation
  • Coordinate Benefit Integration and Understand Product Suite: Navigate Complex, Multi-Vendor Benefit Environments to Ensure CuraLinc's EAP and Behavioral Health Services Integrate Seamlessly with a Client's Other Benefit Plan Components — While Maintaining a Comprehensive Understanding of CuraLinc's Product Suite, Market Trends, and Competitive Landscape to Serve as a Trusted Advisor to Clients, Brokers, and Consultants
  • Represent CuraLinc Healthcare: Represent CuraLinc at Both Live and Virtual Client Presentations, Finalist Meetings, Health Fairs, and Industry Events — Presenting Program Outcomes and Strategic Recommendations with Confidence and Authority, Reinforcing CuraLinc's Position as a Leader in Employer-Sponsored Mental Health

Required/Minimum Qualifications
  • Three or More Years of Business-to-Business Account Management Experience
  • Healthcare, Employee Benefits or Insurance Account Management Experience is Preferred (EAP, PBM, UM, Wellness, TPA, Carrier, Broker, etc.)
  • Bachelor's Degree Preferred
  • Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong presentation and Communication Skills
This is a full-time, salaried role, located in the continental United States and Hawaii, and includes a robust benefits package, with 100% company-paid single tier medical insurance, PTO, 401(k) with match, dental, vision, life and disability insurance.
