Job description

Job Summary:
WTW is seeking a ServiceNow Platform Architect who will act as a trusted advisor for enterprise platform strategy and governance. The role involves defining platform standards, guiding technical decisions, and ensuring ServiceNow aligns with customer goals while engaging with various stakeholders to influence decisions.
Responsibilities:
• Define and maintain platform vision and strategy aligned to enterprise IT and business objectives.
• Influence adoption of leading practices across stakeholder, partner, and ServiceNow teams.
• Act as a product champion, actively driving awareness, engagement, and adoption across the organization through ongoing communication, enablement, and advocacy.
• Provide architectural guidance to ensure designs align with platform standards and leading practices.
• Shape governance frameworks covering instance strategy, integrations, and data models.
• Facilitate platform governance forums to drive consistent decisions across partners and teams.
• Evaluate and adopt new ServiceNow capabilities to enhance platform value
• Lead PoCs and innovation initiatives to optimize workflows and solutions.
• Oversee the end-to-end delivery lifecycle of ServiceNow projects within the organization
• Anticipate and mitigate platform risks (scalability, performance, technical debt).
• Provide structured feedback to ServiceNow product and engineering teams.
• Travel of up to 15% annually may be expected.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, solution strategy, and program leadership.
• Proven experience driving product adoption at scale, acting as a champion to increase awareness, engagement, and sustained usage across a complex organization.
• Proven experience engaging at Executive level to influence platform direction and business outcomes.
• Strong experience and subject matter expertise with several modules like ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, HAM, SAM, CSM, HRSD, IRM, SPM/PPM and custom application development using App Engine.
• Experience in GenAI / automation / Agentic AI (Now Assist, Virtual Agent, Moveworks preferred).
• Track record of defining multi-workflow, enterprise-scale architectures and governance models.
• Strong ability to operate as a program-level architect, guiding multiple teams and partners toward a unified vision.
• Expertise in platform strategy, integration patterns, and complex delivery governance.
Preferred:
• ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) plus other architecture and governance framework certifications are highly desirable.
