Job description

What success looks like in this role:
• Gains familiarity with Field Engineering practices and procedures.
• With guidance or by following a pre-determined / documented process performs the following:
o Installing, maintaining and repairing desktops, laptops and monitors and associated software and peripherals
o Assisting with maintenance on products and devices,
o Performing low-complexity installs, moves, adds and changes on various equipment and devices, and
o Assisting with network, server, device and application testing and certification.
• Ensures client satisfaction throughout service delivery transactions.
• Ensures service level agreements (SLAs) are met and incident and request tickets are updated as required within the ticketing system.
• Follows specific procedures outlined and completes certification requirements.
• Assists with special projects as assigned.
You will be successful in this role if you have:
High School diploma or GED required
Generally, less than 1 years' experience in area of responsibility
This role may require access to export-controlled commodities and technology. Therefore, to conform to U.S. export control regulations, applicant should be eligible for any required authorizations from the U.S. Government.
