Integration Analyst II
New Orleans, LA, United States
 
Job Description
The Integration Analyst is responsible for designing, developing and implementing integration solutions for Tulane University’s Affinaquest/Salesforce alumni and fundraising system. The position involves creating real-time and batch integrations using tools such as Informatica’s Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS) and Apsona, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation between the fundraising system and both internal and external data sources. The position collaborates with Business Analysts, Programmers and the Application Administrator to deliver and maintain robust, scalable solutions. The Integration Analyst stays current on data management best practices, identifies opportunities for improving integration processes, implements improvements and documents decisions and guidelines.
Responsibilities
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Salesforce
  • Knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, and other database querying languages
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to set priorities and achieve timely progress toward goals; consistently meeting deadlines
  • Demonstrates written and oral communication and presentation skills; demonstrated ability to interact professionally, courteously, and effectively with diverse groups
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
  • Demonstrates attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions
Qualifications
Minimum Qualification:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field and 3+ years’ experience in integration development
  • 2+ years’ hands-on experience with Informatica IICS
Any appropriate combination of relevant education, experience, and/or certifications may be considered.
 
Preferred Qualification:
  • Informatica Cloud Application Integration certification
  • Strong understanding of integration concepts, APIs, web services (REST and SOAP), and middleware technologies
  • Knowledge of data governance and data privacy regulations
  • Experience in a higher education setting
