  • Develop long-form editorial content including brochures, white papers (12+ pages), and reports (40+ pages), maintaining high typographic and layout standards throughout
  • Work within brand guidelines to ensure consistency and quality across all outputs, adapting creative effectively for a highly regulated industry environment

  • Brief and review work from production and external agencies, maintaining quality to OLIVER and client standards
  • Oversee the preparation and specification of all finished files for correct output across print, digital, and web
  • Manage and delegate responsibilities within the design team, providing clear direction to Junior Designers and Production Designers
  • Mentor Junior Designers, supporting their creative development through regular, constructive feedback and hands-on guidance
  • Proactively monitor quality, accuracy, and consistency across all team output — keeping standards high at volume and pace
  • Manage project-level production budgets, including cost estimation, purchase orders, invoicing, and reconciliation; source and negotiate with freelancers and production partners as needed

What you need to be great in this role:

  • Experience working within a corporate brand environment, with a clear understanding of brand governance and consistency at scale
  • Familiarity with the creative constraints of a regulated industry; financial services experience is an advantage
  • Experience briefing and reviewing output from production or external agencies
