Per Diem: $50/day (travel days)

Schedule: Full-time | Day Shift + OT as needed

We are hiring Entry-Level Service Technicians to support critical infrastructure projects in environments like data centers across the region.

If you’re hands-on, good with tools, and open to travel, this is a great opportunity to build a long-term technical career. No prior data center experience required — we provide training.

• Travel weekly to job sites (leave Monday, return Friday)
• Hotels, travel expenses, and $50/day per diem provided
• Consistent, predictable travel schedule

• Perform preventative maintenance and basic repairs on equipment
• Use hand and power tools for installation and service work
• Assist with power systems, battery systems, and infrastructure support
• Follow work orders, diagrams, and safety procedures
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues with guidance from lead techs
• Support projects in mission-critical environments like data centers

• 6 months–2 years of hands-on experience (construction, warehouse, maintenance, HVAC helper, auto, etc.)
• Comfortable using tools (drills, wrenches, etc.)
• Willingness to travel weekly (Mon–Fri)
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Mechanical aptitude and eagerness to learn
• Ability to lift 40–50 lbs and work on your feet

• Maintenance or facilities experience
• Electrical or low-voltage exposure
• OSHA 10 or safety training
• Previous field/service work

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Columbus, OH.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
