Job description

The pay range per hour is $20.82 - $37.45. You may also earn additional compensation in the form of a shift differential, ranging from $2.00 to $3.50 per hour, based on eligibility.

Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position.These include labor markets and in some instancesmay include education, work experience and certifications. As a Senior Human Resource Specialist, you enable the HR operating model by delivering consistent execution of HR processes, routines, and tools. You are a key partner and a reliable resource, helping ensure HR programs are delivered accurately, efficiently, and with a strong focus on the team member experience.

Through onboarding, workforce routines, and ensuring timely completion and accurate recordkeeping of required training, as well as day-to-day HR services, you provide guidance and operational support that helps leaders and team members navigate HR processes and organizational change. You apply established best practices and standard procedures to support staffing, retention, engagement, and compliance needs ultimately enabling teams to achieve business outcomes.
