    The pay range is $95,000.00 - $171,000.00

    Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position.These include labor markets and in some instancesmay include education, work experience and certifications. This position will lead the strategic evolution of marketing across the Gadget portfolio-positioning Target as the destination where style, innovation, functionality, and value come together in ways that are uniquely Target.

    This leader will develop integrated marketing strategies that accelerate growth across priority businesses including Tech Accessories, Lifestyle Wearables, Family Gaming, and Capture & Connect, while helping bring the division's long-term vision to life through initiatives such as Center Stage, emerging technology, exclusive partnerships, and omnichannel experiences.

    About you:

    • Four-year degreerequired, Marketing emphasis or major preferred; or equivalent experience

    • 8+ years of related work experience

    • Strong marketing,businessand media acumen with ability toleveragedata to draft a compelling strategy and investment decisioning to drive measurable results

    • Tenacity and courage to champion bold ideas, consistently strive to improve the work, learn from results and be the voice of the guest and business

    • Brings natural curiosity and a strong understanding of the competitive landscape to inform decision-making and strategic recommendations.

    • Proven leadership skills and ability to collaboratively engage key stakeholders across the organization at the right times to solve complex problems, while keeping partners informed,engagedand motivated to act

    • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build strong partnerships

    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing deadlines and competing priorities effectively

    • Marketing, brand,mediaor agency experience preferred

    This position willoperateas a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Target's needs. A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team member's core role will need to be performed both onsite at the Target HQ MN location the role is assigned to and virtually, depending upon what your role, team and tasks require for that day.
