Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join the FP&A team to support enterprise-level financial analysis, forecasting, and decision support across the business. The role will contribute to a wide range of analytical activities, including cash flow planning, quotation analysis, forecasting, and ad hoc business support, with a strong focus on integrating financial data across commercial, operational, and accounting views.

This position will work closely with cross-functional teams and finance leadership to help translate complex data into meaningful insights. The ideal candidate is adaptable, analytical, and comfortable operating in an evolving environment where priorities may shift based on business needs. This is ahigh-visibility role with exposure to senior leadership and opportunities for growth.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Support FP&A leadership with consolidated financial analysis and forecasting activities, including cash flow planning at a global level.
  • Assist with quotation-related financial analysis, including alignment with accounting actuals and forecast views.
  • Partner with Production and other supporting organizations to develop and maintain business and financial reporting.
  • Support the development of dynamic reporting structures covering actuals, forecasts, and variance analysis.
  • Contribute to cost- and component-related analyses to support broader financial and business decisions.
  • Prepare dashboards, reports, and presentations to communicate financial information clearly to management.
  • Apply strong data management and analytical skills to collect, organize, and interpret financial information.
  • Manage multiple workstreams concurrently and adapt priorities as business needs evolve.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master's degree or CFA/CPA a plus).
  • 8+ years of experience, or 6+ years of experience with Master's degree in manufacturing or tech industry experience, or public firm experience, preferred in FP&A, cost management, or accounting roles.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience working with large, complex data sets.
  • Proficiency in Excel and financial systems or reporting tools (e.g., BI tools, Workday, Tableau); SAP experience preferred.
  • Solid understanding of financial statements, cash flow, and quotation concepts.
  • Strong understanding of industry technology and market dynamics related to SMC products.
  • Accounting and cost background preferred.
Salary Range

$130,000 - $150,000

The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.
