Créer un environnement d'apprentissage positif au moyen d'un encadrement et d'une rétroaction qui sont clairs, précis, respectueux et donnés en temps opportun aux partenaires pendant le quart de travail, afin d'atteindre l'excellence opérationnelle et améliorer la performance des partenaires.
Offrir un service légendaire à la clientèle en accordant toujours la priorité au client et en établissant un lien avec lui.
Découvrir les besoins du client et y répondre.
Développer des relations positives avec l'équipe sur le plancher en comprenant les motivations, les préoccupations et les besoins de chacun, et en s'y attardant.
Effectuer les opérations du magasin pendant les quarts prévus à l'horaire.
Organiser les tâches d'ouverture et de fermeture telles qu'elles ont été attribuées.
Suivre les procédures et politiques opérationnelles de Starbucks, comprenant la manipulation d'argent liquide ainsi que la santé et la sécurité au travail pour assurer la sécurité des partenaires durant leur quart.
Suivre les politiques de manipulation d'argent et de caisse et s'assurer que les pratiques à cet effet sont bien suivies par l'équipe en fonction.
Faire le suivi auprès des baristas pendant le quart pour s'assurer de donner un service légendaire à tous les clients.
Être présent et ponctuel de manière régulière.
Produire continuellement des boissons de qualité, du café moulu et de la nourriture pour tous les clients en suivant les recettes établies et les normes de présentation.
Suivre les consignes de santé, de sécurité et de salubrité pour tous les produits.
Reconnaître et renforcer les réalisations de chaque employé et celles de l'équipe en utilisant les outils organisationnels existants ainsi qu'en collaborant avec le gérant de magasin pour trouver de nouvelles méthodes innovantes et efficaces de reconnaissance.
