The Starbucks Shift Leader is responsible for leading the daily operations of the store during assigned shifts by providing direction, coaching, and support to the barista team. This position ensures exceptional customer service, maintains Starbucks operational standards, and creates a welcoming environment where customers and team members can thrive.
