About the Role
As a Preschool Teacher at Stratford School, you will create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for children ages 3 to 5. You will foster curiosity, build confidence, and support each child's development through thoughtful, structured instruction.
Teachers design and implement lesson plans using a provided curriculum as a guide, delivering a well-organized and enriching classroom experience.

What We Are Looking For
  • Educational background with 12 semesters or 18 quarter early childhood education units shall include courses that cover the general areas of early child development, child, family, and community, and program/curriculum or a bachelor's degree in child development
  • Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with young children
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Prior teaching experience with preschool students is preferred
