PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Process weekly payroll and ensure accuracy of timekeeping records.
- Monitor, track, and report employee attendance in accordance with company policies.
- Support the administration and scheduling of employee performance reviews.
- Assist with safety program tasks, including documentation, reporting, and training coordination.
- Coordinate recruiting efforts by posting jobs, screening applicants, scheduling interviews, and supporting onboarding.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee files, records, and HR documentation.
- Serve as a resource for employees by responding to HRrelated questions and directing them to appropriate policies or contacts.
- Assist supervisors and managers with HR processes, paperwork, and policy compliance.
- Support general HR department operations and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelors or Associates degree preferred
- 1-3 years professional office experience
- 1-3 years of experience processing payroll or human resources experience
- Computer proficient - MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
- Computer savvy in various software applications
