Quest is seeking a highly motivated AI & Analytics Sr Advisor to join our analytics team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fastpaced environment, enjoys handson technical work, and takes ownership of defining, building, and operationalizing business metrics that drive decisionmaking.

You will work closely with crossfunctional partners to translate business questions into data solutions, develop scalable analytics, and deliver insights that influence strategy and execution.

This position is an in-office-based role located in The Domain area of  Austin.  


  • Own the definition, development, and ongoing evolution of key business metrics, including the application of AIdriven models and advanced analytics to improve forecasting, measurement, and decisionmaking for leadership and operating teams
  • Write complex, performant SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets, supporting both traditional analytics and machinelearning feature development
  • Use Python to perform advanced statistical analysis, build and evaluate machinelearning models, automate workflows, and create reproducible analytical and AI pipelines
  • Partner with product, sales, operations, and finance teams to understand business needs and translate them into AIenabled insights, predictive use cases, and datadriven recommendations
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and analyses that clearly communicate findings to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and alignment with business definitions, while supporting model governance, validation, and responsible AI practices
  • Proactively identify trends, risks, and opportunities using predictive analytics, anomaly detection, and intelligent pattern recognition techniques
  • Contribute to improving analytics and AI best practices, including data models, feature engineering standards, experimentation frameworks, and documentation
  • Evaluate and leverage GenAI or advanced analytical tools to enhance insight generation, automation, and decision support

  • 3–5 years of professional experience in analytics, data science, applied AI, or a related role, with demonstrated impact beyond traditional reporting
  • Deep, handson experience with SQL (complex joins, window functions, CTEs, performance tuning), including supporting machinelearning feature pipelines and analytical models
  • Strong proficiency in Python for advanced analytics, automation, and AI use cases, including experience with libraries such as pandas, numpy, scikitlearn, or similar frameworks
  • Proven experience defining, owning, and evolving business metrics enhanced by predictive or AIdriven insights (e.g., forecasting, segmentation, propensity modeling)
  • Demonstrated ability to apply advanced analytical, statistical, or machinelearning techniques to solve ambiguous business problems
  • Ability to operate independently and manage multiple priorities while contributing to AIenabled initiatives in a fastpaced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience explaining analytical or AI outputs to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
  • MBA or equivalent graduate degree, with experience applying analytics or AI to business strategy, operations, or decisionmaking
  • Experience working in a highgrowth, fastmoving, or ambiguous environment
  • Familiarity with modern data and AI stacks, including cloud data warehouses, BI tools, ML frameworks, and data transformation pipelines
  • Experience influencing business decisions through data, not just reporting results
