Job description

Make a difference each day as a member of our team!

As a client service representative/receptionist, your duties will be to shine as a stellar customer service representative focused on positive and memorable client and patient interactions.

Responsibilities:

  • handle day to day clerical work
  • answer a multi-line phone system along with text messages and email
  • record keeping
  • handle financial transactions
  • support other members of the team

Skills required:

  • exceptional communication skills for in person and on the phone
  • confidence and grace under pressure
  • computer skills
  • team-oriented and outgoing attitude
  • professionalism and friendliness
  • knowledge regarding pet related services, protocols and concerns

Remember that you are the first and last person the client will usually have contact with at any time.

The position does include some night and weekend hours. Previous veterinary experience is a bonus but not required. We are happy to train the right candidate with a desire to learn and excel.
