Why Join Us
The Hospitals of Providence - a cornerstone of healthcare in the El Paso region for generations - is seeking an Anesthesiologist to join a growing, employed group across their Memorial, Sierra, and East campuses. You'll practice within a nationally recognized health system that includes a Level III Trauma Center, a 140-bed Providence Children's Hospital, and a Level IV NICU - the highest designation in Texas. This is a full-time opportunity with a manageable call schedule, in-house billing and coding support, and a compensation model built to reward your commitment.
Position Highlights
  • Full-time, employed position with Tenet Healthcare / The Hospitals of Providence
  • Medical supervision of CRNAs
  • Call: 5-6 days per month with a post-call day off
  • Practice across Memorial, Sierra, and East campuses in El Paso
  • Multi-specialty hospital environment including trauma, pediatrics, cardiology, oncology, and women's services
  • Billing, coding, and collections handled in-house - no administrative burden on you

Candidate Requirements
  • MD or DO degree
  • Board eligible or board certified in Anesthesiology
  • Active Texas medical license or eligibility to obtain one
  • Spanish-speaking preferred but not required
