Providence Medical Group is a physician-owned group that strives to be the best multi-specialty medical group in the Miami Valley region. We provide a patient centered environment that allows each Providence employee to deliver high quality care to the communities we serve.

Providence Medical Group is a progressive organization offering competitive compensation and benefits in a supportive, professional work environment. We are currently in search of a Clinical Site Supervisor for our Springboro location. This candidate is a Certified or Registered Medical Assistant (This is a working supervisory position). Family Health Center, like all Providence primary care practices, is a recognized Patient-Centered Medical Home, and focuses on building lasting patient relationships based on trust and continuity of care.


What will you do:

  • Supervises site day-to-day operations
  • Ensures that the office is adequately staffed, approves time off requests and prepares staff schedule
  • Maintains up-to-date knowledge of CPT codes and ICD-10 codes
  • Responsible for sites accounts receivable and manages total days in AR
  • Performs employee evaluations and makes recommendations
  • Maintains knowledge of and complies with established Providence Medical Group policies and procedures.
  • Ensures compliance with regulatory and legal requirements (TDDD, CLIA, Vaccines,etc)
  • Ensures that office space, supplies, and equipment are provided and maintained appropriately for medical staff and patient care
  • Participates in professional development activities and maintains professional affiliations
  • Maintains confidentiality regarding patient’s accounts and medical records status
  • Attends monthly site supervisor meetings


Job Requirements:


  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in medical office, Primary Care preferred
  • Prior supervisory experience preferred
  • Ability to comprehend established office routines and policies
  • Learns quickly from oral and written instructions.
  • Ability to operate a computer.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology.
  • Knowledge of CPT & ICD-10coding.
  • Understand HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability)
  • Good organization skills
  • Tact and diplomacy
