Overview
Our client is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Program Manager to support a large-scale SAP S/4HANA business transformation initiative. This role will serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders, SAP/IT teams, and external partners to ensure successful planning, governance, readiness, and execution across a portfolio of Supply Chain initiatives.
Working within the Transformation Management Office (TMO), the Supply Chain Program Manager will provide portfolio-level oversight, manage cross-functional dependencies, coordinate business readiness activities, and drive alignment across multiple workstreams. This position is focused on enabling business transformation and operational excellence rather than managing individual deployment waves.

- Maintain visibility into program-level risks, issues, assumptions, and cross-functional dependencies.
- Support tracking of business benefits, key performance indicators (KPIs), and value realization outcomes.
- Drive reporting focused on business capabilities, adoption, and measurable outcomes rather than task completion.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 8+ years of project or program management experience.
- 3โ5+ years of experience supporting SAP ERP transformations, including SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA environments.
- Direct experience supporting Supply Chain processes within an SAP ecosystem.
