What You'll Do
Lead with Strategy & Purpose
- Develop and execute HR strategies that align with PathWays' mission, vision, and growth goals
- Drive workforce planning to ensure we're staffed, supported, and set up for success
- Champion a culture that is inclusive, engaging, and grounded in our values
Build & Support Great Teams
- Oversee recruitment and onboarding to attract and retain top talent
- Lead performance management processes and support leaders in coaching and development
- Promote learning, leadership development, and succession planning across the organization
Ensure Compliance & Reduce Risk
- Maintain and enhance HR policies and practices aligned with employment laws and best practices
- Oversee compliance, investigations, and employee relations matters with professionalism and care
- Provide guidance that balances organizational needs with employee support
Be a Trusted Partner
- Partner with leadership to align people strategies with operational goals
- Support managers in navigating employee relations, performance concerns, and team dynamics
- Foster engagement, retention, and a positive employee experience
Drive Operational Excellence
- Oversee HR systems, reporting, and process improvements
- Use data and insights to inform decisions and improve outcomes
- Manage HR budgets and resources effectively
Support Compensation & Benefits
- Ensure competitive, equitable compensation practices
- Oversee benefits programs that support employee well-being
