Job description

Annual Salary - $26,000

Educational Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required
     

Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Provide support to consumers and providers in the Crisis Residential Recovery Unit (CRRU) and other Residential Recovery Centers

  • Monitor consumer safety and assist with proper self-administration of medication

  • Answer and document calls to the CRRU crisis line and Mobile Crisis services (Ashland Location)

  • Ensure accurate completion of admission and discharge paperwork

  • Monitor consumer vitals and conduct regular bed checks

  • Assist in resolving immediate crises or escalated consumer needs

  • Complete a minimum of 40 hours of Crisis/ASAM training

  • Provide transportation for clients to and from services as needed
     

Skills/Knowledge Required:
  • Strong organizational skills

  • Knowledge of client care coordination and referrals in crisis settings

  • Ability to work effectively in high-stress environments

  • Comfortable handling sensitive and confidential information

  • Clear communication and documentation skills
