What You'll Do as a Weekend Residential DSP

As a Residential DSP, you'll help adults in our Residential Homes enjoy meaningful weekends filled with routine, independence, and fun.

Your weekend might include:

  • Supporting personal care needs (eating, bathing, grooming, dressing)
  • Meal prep - or cooking together!
  • Light housekeeping
  • Medication administration & medical support
  • Fun community outings, errands, activities, and day trips
  • Encouraging confidence, life skills, and connection

This role is perfect for someone who loves helping others make the most of their days.
