Make a Difference Every Day
The Receptionist is the first point of contact for visitors, residents, and staff. This role is responsible for answering phones, greeting guests, and providing general clerical support while maintaining a professional and welcoming front desk.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls, transfer calls, and take accurate messages
- Greet visitors, residents, and staff in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintain front desk operations including mail distribution and visitor sign-in
- Provide clerical support such as typing, filing, and data entry
- Assist with resident and visitor inquiries and direct them to appropriate staff
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous reception or office experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer and typing skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow policies
