What You’ll Do

Purpose: Lead product strategy, market direction, and outcome‑focused delivery for Enliven Health’s clinical solutions portfolio.

As a Product Manager, you will drive the evolution of our clinical products from concept through market adoption. You will:

Strategic Leadership & Market Direction
  • Lead development of the product strategy and long‑term roadmap aligned to clinical market needs, competitive trends, and business priorities.
  • Serve as the product’s market champion, identifying opportunities based on customer insights, regulatory changes, industry dynamics, and early‑adopter behaviors.
  • Prioritize outcomes—not outputs—using data and customer evidence to guide decisions and tradeoffs.
Customer & Market Engagement
  • Engage directly with pharmacies, health systems, and prospects to understand workflows, challenges, and unmet needs across varied state regulatory environments.
  • Conduct discovery interviews and market research to deeply understand customer problems and validate new product concepts.
  • Influence product direction based on insights from group purchasing organizations and other key stakeholders driving clinical adoption.
Cross‑Functional Partnership & Go‑to‑Market
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Implementation, and Product Marketing to improve go‑to‑market execution and product positioning.
  • Provide Product Marketing with value propositions, differentiators, and pricing inputs to support launch materials and messaging.
  • Drive readiness for new releases—aligning cross‑functional teams on launch strategy, feature value, and adoption goals.
Product Delivery & Execution
  • Own the product roadmap and partner with Product Owners to ensure the backlog reflects strategic priorities and market needs.
  • Translate customer and market insights into clear problem statements and prioritized requirements.
  • Support delivery teams by providing context, validating solutions, and ensuring features meet customer expectations.
  • Monitor product performance, adoption, profitability, and enhancement opportunities across the product lifecycle.
Impact & Ownership
  • Champion a culture of accountability and outcomes—connecting product decisions directly to business value and customer impact.
  • Take initiative to improve processes, enhance collaboration, and close communication gaps across teams.
Who You Are

You thrive in fast‑moving environments, bring strong ownership to your work, and understand how to build products that resonate with real users. You combine customer empathy with market instincts and have the ability to move from strategy to execution with clarity.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science, information technology, or another related field is desired or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record as a product manager for at least 3 years.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of technology, user experience, and agile development methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision‑making.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
How You’ll Elevate at Omnicell

Success at Omnicell is measured not just by what you deliver—but how you deliver it. As a Product Manager, you will model our Elevate Behaviors in ways that accelerate product and team impact:
