Oak View Group
Oak View Group (OVG) is the global leader in premium live entertainment infrastructure and services, with a platform spanning venue development and end-to-end capabilities across venue management, hospitality, and sponsorship sales. Founded in 2015, the company serves a collection of seven world-class owned venues and a client roster of the most iconic arenas, stadiums, convention centers, music festivals, performing arts centers, and cultural institutions, spanning four continents.
Position Summary
The Utilities Crew works as part of the Special Projects team to make repairs to existing structures as well as construct new projects. This will range from building out rooms to making props. Projects will require multiple different skills, from drywall and paint to flooring and carpentry.
This role pays an hourly rate of $18.00-$20.00
Benefits for Part-Time roles: 401(k) Savings Plan, 401(k) matching.
This position will remain open until August 14, 2026.
Responsibilities
  • Repair drywall and paint as needed.
  • Repair/Replace flooring.
  • Read and interpret sketches/prints to assist in planning projects.
  • Surface prep of different materials for painting.
  • Measure and cut different types of materials.
  • Assemble and install items for different types of projects (Furniture, wall hangings, etc.).
  • General construction (walls, ceilings, props, various small to medium projects).

Qualifications
  • 1-2+ years of experience with special projects / construction highly desired.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Knowledge and proficiency in use of hand and power tools.
  • Understanding of processes used to perform responsibilities listed.
  • General knowledge of mathematics for measuring, calculating, and cutting material.
  • Frequently works under stressful working conditions, irregular hours, and tight time deadlines.
  • May periodically climb to elevated locations in the building complex.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects occasionally.
