Job description

OVERVIEW:
Conducts quantitative and statistical analyses of digital analytics data and evaluates customer behavior to provide insights and recommendations for the profitability of the Bank digital platforms.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Contribute to the continuous enhancement and evolution of Digital Banking's strategic and ad-hoc analytics capabilities by examining the unique needs of a business to develop relevant documentation to inform decisions.
Develop a variety of fact-based reports that aid management in making decisions related to the creation or expansion of new or existing digital content.
Responsible for analyzing data and quality control of reporting and analysis for the Bank's digital portfolio.
Develop creative approaches and methodologies to answer critical business questions, evaluate new digital opportunities and assess market potential.
Improve quality and efficiency of reporting by creating dashboards that key stakeholders utilize to make informed business decisions and automated processes to consolidate data and assist in implementations of tag management and web analytics software.
Provide actionable and insightful recommendations from data mining, segmentation, customer profiling and quantitative analyses with the goals of identifying acquisition, cross-sell, up-sell and retention opportunities from digital channels.
Work closely with business partners to integrate and operationalize approved recommendations into business strategies, plans and tactics to support increased return on investment through improved channel-specific performance.
Partner with Digital Marketing and Content Management teams to create an appropriate measurement strategy for digital content updates and campaigns.
Train business partners in use of analytics capabilities, preparing reports and properly utilizing report data.
Understand and adhere to the Company's risk and regulatory standards, policies and controls in accordance with the Company's Risk Appetite.
Identify risk-related issues needing escalation to management.
Promote an environment that supports diversity and reflects the *** brand.
Maintain Company's internal control standards, including timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators as applicable.
Complete other related duties as assigned.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Bachelors degree and a minimum of 4 years marketing, product management, financial, analytics, and/or data management experience, or in lieu of a degree, a combined minimum of 8 years higher education and/or work experience, including a minimum of 4 years marketing, product management, financial, analytics and/or data management experience.
Knowledge of statistical concepts.
Proven analytical skills.
Experience compiling and interpreting technical information.
Experience presenting to a non-technical audience.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:
Masters degree.
Knowledge of pertinent statistical tools and techniques, such as linear regression, time series analysis, factor analysis, cluster analysis, etc. used for modeling, segmentation and data analysis.
Previous financial services industry experience.
Experience with pertinent web analytics and tag software.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
