A trusted internal resource who can provide feedback, coach employees, and help managers navigate performance issues and workplace challenges.

This is not a traditional HR desk role. You enjoy working with operational teams and being directly involved in building and supporting strong teams. You are comfortable in environments that are fast-paced, practical, and performance-driven.

  • 5-7+ years experience in HR, recruiting, or people operations
  • Experience recruiting for skilled trades, automotive, construction, logistics, or similar operational roles
  • Experience conducting performance conversations, employee coaching, or disciplinary discussions
  • Experience supporting multi-location retail operations
  • Familiarity with HRIS or payroll systems (ADP, Rippling, Slack, etc)

Compensation: $90.00 - $140,000.00 per year
