In addition, to ensure complete customer satisfaction by delivering timely completion of high-quality vehicle repair and maintenance, Service Managers must direct the workflow of Mechanics, Alignment Technicians and Tire Technicians and stage vehicle repair/maintenance work. While driving the sales initiatives of Midas, Service Managers must communicate directly with customers, assess customer needs, provide information regarding requested and/or necessary automotive repairs and maintenance, ensure customers are satisfied with their in-store experience and strive to meet customer expectations.WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FORExperience: At least 2 years of experience/training in automotive parts and/or tire sales, or a relevant combination of education, training and experience. Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S. Physical Ability: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift/move items weighing over 50 pounds.
