Summers Plumbing Heating & Cooling out of Greenfield, IN is recruiting a full-time experienced Customer Service Representative / CSR who can easily provide an out-of-this-world customer service experience in a fast-paced environment. This position must be available to work shifts from 7 am - 5 pm. Pay for the position starts at $17/hour and up depending on experience. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE / CSR
You arrive each day ready to ensure that our clients are heard and receive the best customer service possible, as a Customer Service Representative / CSR. You love that you spend most of your day in an office environment on the phone or computer. The first duty you have is to answer incoming client phone calls by the third ring and as well as make outbound calls. Besides providing customer service, you complete various other tasks as assigned. At the end of the day, you feel good about ensuring that our clients are satisfied, all parties are well-informed, and everything runs smoothly!
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Basic computer skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Excel and Word (a plus!)
  • Strong verbal communication skills
