OVERVIEW: Business Intelligence Manager
We are searching for a Business Intelligence Manager to join a great team with an industry leading client with intent for continued growth. Our enterprise level client is looking for someone to oversee the Business Intelligence for the entire organization, being able to understand the impact of all aspects related to Business Intelligence. This company currently has over 200 locations and aims to double that number in the coming years.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Business Intelligence Manager
  • 8+ years of experience in Information Technology.
  • 6+ years of experience in working with data warehouses, data marts and supporting tools.
  • 4+ years of management experience in business intelligence, analytics, and data management.
  • Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Power BI with a fundamental understanding of Power Apps, Flow, SSIS/SSAS/SSRS
  • Experience with SQL, ETL, and other BI platforms in a business environment with large-scale, complex datasets.
  • Experience leading large-scale projects from start to finish
  • Experience with M&A; including the rapid assimilation and rationalization of disparate technologies.
  • Extensive experience working with end-users to gather requirements and build technical solutions from concept to implementation.
  • The ability to communicate technology efforts in a way that “non-technical” leaders can quicky understand the concept and engage in high-level management discussions to make decisions leading to the best technical solution for the business.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Business Intelligence Manager
  • Collaborate with executive leadership and direct reports alike to ensure that the Organization’s Business Intelligence strategy is in line with the overall enterprise goals.
  • Responsible for development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the internal customer-facing operating model to deliver data that leads to increased operational efficiencies.
  • Deliverance of reporting, dashboards, insights, analytics and other data driven operations asset’s to provide insight leading to continuous improvements throughout the organization.
  • Serve as subject matter expert for the organization, staying up to date on developments in technology in which could apply to the BI environment, and plans to incorporate new developments into plans for the company’s future BI systems. Responsible for the ultimate BI vision for the company.
  • Grow and lead the BI & Analytics team to support the growing operations of this organization
  • Oversee core business reporting, determine business alignment/impact, lead data analysis and integrity
  • Ensure data security, project delivery, and technological maintenance
  • Implements policies, standards, practices, and security measures to ensure effective and consistent safeguarding of company and customer information.
