Summary:
- Work Mode: Remote
- Duration: June 15-December 18
- Shift: Must work Monday – Friday 8-5 PST
- Support AP Claims, CRM, and a bit of UM.
- Analyze and design system workflow and business process flow.
- Must be Tapestry Certified with at least 6 years of configuration experience.
- Proficiency with information systems technology, including Microsoft Office Suite, email, intranet, and internet.
- Bachelor’s Degree in healthcare information technology, computer science, or related area, and/or equivalent combination of experience/training.
- Three years of experience in a healthcare-related organization.
- Broad and/or in-depth knowledge of multiple areas of focus in application specialty areas.
- Ability to research, organize, analyze, and synthesize data to support effective decision-making.
- Detail-oriented and adept at probing for information to understand the underlying needs influencing system configuration.
- Ability to manage multiple and competing tasks.
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Effective leadership skills and strong customer service orientation.
- Superior organizational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and concisely.
