This position supports the operational management and field integration of wearable blast sensors, biometric monitoring systems, Radio-Frequency Identification (RFID) technologies, and associated mobile platforms used during training and operational activities. The Sensor Integrator will oversee device readiness, accountability, configuration, deployment, troubleshooting, and data coordination efforts supporting Special Operations Forces (SOF). This role is critical to ensuring accurate, reliable, and mission-ready sensor operations that enable downstream analytics, performance assessment, and force health monitoring.
Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Must have an active Secret clearance.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage the lifecycle of wearable blast sensors, biometric wearables, RFID devices, and associated support equipment
  • Configure, provision, update, charge, inspect, issue, recover, and maintain operational sensor devices
  • Support field operations and training events, including device setup, user fitting, pairing, troubleshooting, function checks, and recovery
  • Maintain inventory accountability, device assignment records, collection logs, and chain-of-custody documentation
  • Coordinate approved data extraction and transfer processes using vendor applications, mobile tools, web portals, and administrative consoles
  • Validate completeness and quality of collected sensor data and document anomalies, missing data, or device issues
  • Develop and maintain SOPs, user guidance materials, equipment logs, and operational procedures
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal technical teams regarding sustainment, software updates, device replacements, and integration support
  • Collaborate closely with Data Engineers, Data Scientists, and operational stakeholders to ensure data integrity and collection reliability
  • Communicate technical limitations, operational constraints, and support requirements to both technical and non-technical personnel

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree, experience may be substituted in lieu of degree
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
  • Experience maintaining inventory accountability, asset tracking, and operational documentation
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced training and operational environments
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Familiarity with physiological monitoring systems, blast exposure sensors, RFID technologies, or biometric wearables
  • Experience supporting fielded operational technology systems in austere environments
  • Understanding data collection workflows and sensor data management processes

Preferred Qualifications:
