Your Role on the Team

As the primary contact for our high-net-worthclients, you will collaborate with Investment Consultants, trading/research professionals, and firm leadership to deliveraccurate, personalized, and exceptional service.To be successful in this role, one must be a motivated team player whopossessesthe ability to successfully work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. Summary of Responsibilities

The Client Services Managers are the primary point of contact for all designated clients, responsible for providing the highest level of investment service.

Manageclient requestspromptly,documenting all instructions and activity thoroughly in the CRM. Superviseclient investment portfoliosin accordance withtheir Investment Policy Statement (IPS). Leadclient onboardingadministrative processesincluding document preparation,assetinventory,and transferability. Manage clientmeeting preparation, follow-up, and ongoing relationship management, with progressively independent participation over time. Participatein client and investment committee meetings as needed. Proactivelymonitordaily client activity such ascash needs and requisite cash flow planning instructions. Contribute to a collaborativeculture withasolutions-oriented attitude focusing onaccountability and follow-through.

Duties and Expectations

Practice active listening andopen-endeddialogue to gain a thorough understanding of the client’s needs. Exceptionally organized, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities across advisors and clients simultaneously. Respond to clients’ calls and other communications. Document client instructions, request(s),resultingactivity, and completion in CRM. Prepare and communicate trade order instructions to trade department (and/or process trades), review and approve processed trades (buy/sell securities). Order and direct the transfer of funds and securities as directed by clients including arranging client withdrawals, wire instructions, check requests, and ACH debits/credits. Daily, review client cash positions,depositsand withdrawals for each account. Process periodic distributions (IRA RMDs, monthly/quarterly income/principal, etc.). Manage the process forestablishingand transitioning accounts for existing clients as well as following new-client onboarding procedures as assigned, by preparingInvestment Advisory Agreements, custodian documents, Investment PolicyStatements,and other required documentation. Ensure paperwork is prepared andsubmittedin goodorderand all follow-up items such as the transfer securities are complete. Prepare materials for clientmeetingsincluding agendas, minutes, reports, notes, and assigned special projects; complete follow-up tasks promptly. Participate asclientservice team member in client and investment committee meetings.

Requirements

Adherence to all regulatory compliance requirementsincludinge-mail and written correspondence rules, privacy policy, personal securities transactions, etc. Ability to solve problems and follow up. Detail-oriented with high degree of accuracy. Energetic, eager to learn, willing to cooperate. Self-motivated with ability to work independently and under direction. Stay abreast of developments, trends,practicesand legalities in the investment consulting industry. Comfort with being a “team player” and doing whatever is needed, big or small. Able toget alongwith diverse personalities and work under pressure. Follow all firm processes, procedures, and protocols.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree(required). CFP® certification(preferred, notrequired). Willingness to actively pursueCFP® certification – financially supported by the firm. Superior written and verbal communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills. Exemplary planning and organizational skills; efficient multi-tasker. Ability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Knowledge and experience with custodial platforms (preferred). Microsoft Officeproficiency, especially Excel. Advanced analytical skills and math aptitude. Knowledge of portfolio accounting and performance software programs and all other duties and responsibilities (preferred).
