    Job description

    Mayvin is seeking a skilled Electronics and RF Technician to support technical security operations, including the development, maintenance, and troubleshooting of complex electronic and RF systems. The successful candidate will work both independently and as part of a team to ensure mission readiness, contribute to Technical Surveillance Countermeasures (TSCM) Missions activities, and provide technical expertise in secure environments. Must be a U.S. Citizen. Must have an active Top-Secret clearance (with SCI eligibility preferred) Responsibilities: Select, modify, maintain, assemble, and develop electronic, RF, and test & measurement equipment and systems
    Independently and as part of a team, calibrate, troubleshoot, and repair electronic equipment and systems
    Communicate orally with customers and groups on technical security-related issues
    Write reports to document mission events, research findings, procedures, and other technical security-related issues
    With cross-training, assist with Technical Surveillance Countermeasures (TSCM) Missions, including construction security Qualifications: Associate degree in Electronics or a closely related field, or equivalent military training (transcripts may be required)
    Minimum of seven (7) years of relevant TSCM experience
    Hands-on experience with RF systems, electronic testing, and troubleshooting
    Proficiency with test and measurement equipment (e.g., oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, multimeters)
    Must be willing to conduct shift work and travel as needed
    Knowledge of Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience supporting TSCM or technical security operations
    Knowledge of secure construction practices
    Professional certifications in electronics, RF, or related technical fields
    Ability to work in high-security, mission-critical environments
