The Role Responsible for ensuring effective utilization and management of off-net vendors while driving complex repair and provisioning issues to resolution. Serves as a subject matter resource for technicians, manages escalations, and handles higher-complexity carrier and customer-impacting incidents. The Main Responsibilities -Manage and resolve complex off-net repair and provisioning escalations.

-Drive carrier accountability and expedite customer-impacting issues. -Analyze vendor performance and operational metrics. -Troubleshoot Ethernet, T1, T3, and transport-related issues.

-Serve as a mentor and resource for Operations Technician I employees. -Participate in bridge calls and customer communications for high-priority incidents. -Maintain detailed ticket documentation and customer updates.

-Collaborate with internal teams and external carriers to restore services quickly. -Support management with escalations and operational initiatives. -Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions.

-Previous experience mentoring or training peers. Compensation This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location.

Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.
