    The KidStrong Sales Associate plays a crucial role in connecting with potential members, driving membership growth at KidStrong Everett. The KidStrong Sales Associate requires knowledge and skill in lead management, selling, and closing, and will be responsible for executing all aspects of the sales process. The ideal candidate must be highly organized, an excellent listener, and capable of clearly articulating the KidStrong mission. Prior experience in the franchising industry is preferred. The ideal candidate would also have a strong passion for fitness, kids and education!
    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Outreach and Engagement:
      • Initiate contact with potential members via phone and text to promote KidStrong programs and membership opportunities.
      • Utilize scripts and marketing materials provided to effectively communicate the benefits of KidStrong membership.
      • Build rapport with leads and trial customers to drive conversions and achieve sales targets.
    • Lead Management:
      • Qualify leads based on established criteria and assess their needs and interests in KidStrong programs.
      • Provide accurate and timely information to potential members about membership options, pricing, and program details.
      • Follow up with leads to answer questions, address concerns, and close sales.
      • Guide new members through the enrollment and onboarding process.
      • Communicate with center leadership on status of leads, joins and Trials to make sure families have a great experience and facilitate smooth transition from phone to in-center.
    • Sales Performance and Reporting:
      • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and member interactions using CRM software.
      • Track sales metrics, including conversion rates, lead response times, and member retention rates.
      • Collaborate with center leadership on solutions to achieve sales goals.

    QUALIFICATIONS:
    • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a customer-facing role with a strong emphasis on phone-based sales or telemarketing.
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and build rapport over the phone and via text messaging with a high-degree of professionalism in all interactions.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple leads and sales processes simultaneously.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a remote team environment.
    • Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
    • Experience in the fitness or education industry, particularly with children's programs.
    • Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies for membership-based businesses.
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

    Shifts available:
    Monday - Friday: 9:30am-12:30pm
    Monday - Friday: 4:30pm-7:30pm
    Weekend hours: 9:00am-1:45pm
    Actual shifts can vary as sales hours adapt to leads.
    Supervisory Responsibilities:
    This position does not require supervisory responsibility.
    Sphere of Interaction:
    This position will work closely with the KidStrong Everett staff and owners.
    A high level of collaboration and professionalism is required.
    This position requires evening and weekend availability.
