About KidStrong
KidStrong is a science-based kids training program designed to help children grow stronger physically, mentally, and emotionally. Through weekly classes for ages walking through 11 years old, we help kids build confidence, develop life skills, and reach important milestones.
Our mission is simple: help kids become the strongest version of themselves.
About the Role
As a Member Success & Sales Associate, you'll be one of the first faces families see when they walk through our doors. You'll help create an exceptional member experience, support families throughout their KidStrong journey, and connect prospective families with our program.
This is a fast-paced, highly interactive role that combines customer service, relationship-building, sales, and community engagement.
What You'll Do
- Welcome and support families in-center
- Answer phones, texts, emails, and social media inquiries
- Schedule trial classes
- Follow up with prospective families and guide them through enrollment
- Assist members with scheduling, account changes, billing questions, holds, and cancellations
- Build relationships with families and create an outstanding member experience
- Utilize CRM and scheduling software to document communication and manage leads
- Make outbound calls and follow-ups to prospective families
- Support center events, community outreach, and social media engagement
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming center environment
What We're Looking For
- Positive, energetic, and professional attitude
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable speaking with families in person and on the phone
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Self-starter who works well independently and as part of a team
- Sales, hospitality, retail, fitness, or customer service experience preferred
- Experience working with children and families is a plus
Schedule
We're specifically looking for someone available:
- Weekdays approximately 2:00 PM - 8:00 PM
- One weekend shift per week (approximately 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM)
