Account Executive – Home Health Care 
$70k-$80k base plus commission

We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to lead the home health agency
operations, drive growth, census, and strengthen referral relationships while ensuring
clinical excellence and regulatory compliance.
This is a high-impact leadership role for a results-driven healthcare executive who
understands both clinical operations and business development.

Responsibilities
Provide leadership and oversight for all clinical and administrative operations
Drive business development initiatives to increase patient census and revenue
Build and maintain strong referral relationships with physicians, hospitals, rehab
centers, SNFs, and community partners
Ensure compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, and state/federal regulations
Lead quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and
satisfaction
Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing clinical and administrative staff
Monitor performance metrics, census trends, and operational KPIs
Collaborate with leadership to execute strategic and financial goals

Qualifications
5+ years of leadership experience in home health, hospice, or healthcare
administration
Proven success in business development, sales, or revenue growth
Strong knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and home health regulations
Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills
Ability to manage operations while driving growth and quality outcomes
