Delivery Lead

Poznań, Poland

This position will support the newly reorganized Digital Workspace Experience (DWE) – Order Fulfilment and Procurement teams.

Your responsibilities: 

  • Servant leadership for the teams, site leads, product family, and capability area.
  • Coach the adoption of Agile values and principles for teams; adds value through cross functional skill sets (product, DevOps, engineering).
  • Effectively uses tools and agile practices to drive out waste, collaborate and continuously improve.
  • Drive identification & closure of measurable improvements in speed to value.
  • Utilizes data driven approach for constraint identification; primarily based on flow/value stream visualization.
  • Partners with stakeholders to create an actionable, measurable, data driven speed to value improvement plan and list of constraints.
  • Contributes into a shared backlog of cross product, cross location constraints and impediments to inform next focus areas.
  • Help with removing impediments and/or raise impediments to the Action Team.
  • Track and monitor metrics with a holistic view of measuring progress toward business agility.
  • Create actionable insights using data insights and metrics to drive continuous transformation, priorities and measurable outcomes.
  • Precipitate change by bringing forward and articulating new or different ideas at various levels (product team, product family, and associated roadmaps).
  • Leans in to learn from the coaching community and acts on feedback to grow and succeed; mentors and teaches others.
  • Work with managers and team members to ensure that new team members are successfully onboarded to agile events and team practices.

Our equirements:             

 
  • Experience: 10+ years of diverse experience with experience in handling multiple teams.
  • Having background of infrastructure and operations domain is added advantage.
  • Agile Expertise: Deep understanding and implementation of agile way of working and experience with Scrum, Kanban, Lean.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships at the all levels of organization.
  • Problem-solving: Strong analytical and problem solving abilities, with a focus on removing impediments and driving team-success.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Nice to have:  

  • Understanding the technologies & architecture of the product area, possesses familiarity with multiple technologies, development methods and systems, and a basic understanding of programming languages.
  • Experience in VSM, Waste identification and elimination, Lean, Six Sigma concepts.
  • Information technology experience.
  • Demonstrated Technical leadership and mentoring experience.
  • Working with diverse stakeholders and multiple teams working on diverse technical platforms.  
  • Technical Knowledge: Knowledge of I&O domain and acquainted with ITIL frameworks.
  • Leadership: Proven track record of leading and mentoring of agile teams with successful delivery of complex efforts.
