Job description

Position Summary

The Associate Analyst, Digital Analytics reports to the Manager, Customer Analytics and supports JetBlue's Marketing organization by measuring and analyzing Customer behavior across JetBlue's digital experiences. This role delivers reporting and insights on website performance, customer journeys, conversion funnels, and digital KPIs that inform marketing strategy and website optimization. The Associate Analyst partners with Marketing stakeholders to understand business needs and collaborates with Digital Product and Technology teams to support accurate digital measurement and reporting.

The Associate Analyst is passionate about understanding how Customers interact with JetBlue's digital experiences and using data to uncover opportunities that improve the Customer journey. The Associate Analyst is a service-oriented individual who enjoys solving business problems through data analysis and exhibits the JetBlue values of Safety, Caring, Integrity, Passion, and Fun.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Generate recurring reports and dashboards to monitor website performance, customer engagement, conversion funnels, and key digital experience KPIs.
  • Analyze Customer behavior across digital journeys to identify trends, opportunities, and potential friction points within the online experience.
  • Evaluate website performance across dimensions such as acquisition source, Customer segment, device type, and geography to support Marketing decision-making.
  • Support digital measurement by validating tracking, monitoring data quality, and helping ensure Customer interactions are accurately captured for reporting.
  • Partner with Marketing stakeholders to understand reporting needs and collaborate with Digital Product and Technology teams to support measurement requirements for new website features and marketing initiatives.
  • Perform recurring and ad hoc analyses to support website optimization initiatives, experimentation efforts, and broader Marketing objectives.
  • Build dashboards, presentations, and recurring reporting that communicate website performance and Customer behavior to Marketing and cross-functional partners.
  • Support requests for digital analytics, website performance, and Customer behavior reporting.
  • Other duties as required.

Minimum Experience and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science; OR demonstrated capability to perform job responsibilities with a High School Diploma/GED and at least four (4) years of previous relevant work experience 
  • One (1) year of relevant experience in digital analytics, marketing analytics, business analytics, or related analytical work gained through internships, research, academic projects, or professional experience.
  • Foundational understanding of digital analytics, website performance measurement, or digital marketing concepts, and an interest in consumer behavior and customer experience.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and communicate findings clearly.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office software, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Available for occasional overnight travel (10%).
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug test.
  • Legally eligible to work in the country in which the position is located.
  • Authorization to work in the US is required, this position is not eligible for visa sponsorship  

Preferred Experience and Qualifications

  • Internship or professional experience in the airline, travel, digital marketing, or marketing agency industries.
  • Exposure to digital analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar tools).
  • Experience creating dashboards or visualizing data using Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar tools.
  • Exposure to SQL or other data querying languages through coursework, internships, or professional experience.
  • Familiarity with website analytics, customer journey analysis, or digital marketing concepts.
  • Experience working on collaborative projects with multiple stakeholders in academic, internship, or professional settings.
  • Knowledge of experimentation concepts, A/B testing, or digital measurement principles.

  • Able to maintain a professional appearance
  • When working or traveling on JetBlue flights, and if time permits, all capable crewmembers are asked to assist with light cleaning of the aircraft

Compensation

  • The base pay range for this position is between $58,000.00 and $86,000.00 per year. Base pay is one component of JetBlue’s total compensation package, which may also include access to healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan and company match, crewmember stock purchase plan, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, free space available travel on JetBlue, and more.
