    • Hyatt Place Front Desk Agent - Job Description
      Position Summary
      A Hyatt Front Desk Agent is responsible for delivering caring, attentive, and efficient service throughout the guest journey. As the first point of contact, you ensure guests feel welcomed, informed, and supported while upholding Hyatt's brand standards and culture of care.

      Key Responsibilities
      Guest CheckIn / CheckOut
      • Check in and check out guests courteously and efficiently.
      • Confirm reservation details, verify identification, process payments, and register guests in the Hyatt PMS.
      • Provide guests with keys, hotel information, and package/amenity details.
      Guest Relations & Service Excellence
      • Greet guests warmly and create a welcoming, friendly atmosphere.
      • Promote positive guest relations by responding to questions, requests, and concerns professionally.
      • Communicate hotel features, services, room types, amenities, and local attractions.
      • Handle and resolve guest complaints promptly and courteously.
      Reservations, Accounts & Payments
      • Process new reservations, modifications, and walkins when needed.
      • Maintain complete knowledge of room rates, packages, promotions, and availability.
      • Post charges, collect payments, and follow all cashhandling procedures.
      Operational Duties
      • Maintain a clean, organized workstation throughout the shift.
      • Answer phones using proper Hyatt etiquette within required time standards.
      • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and bell staff to support seamless operations.
      • Review daily house count, arrivals/departures, and group activity schedules.
      Safety, Security & Compliance
      • Follow all Hyatt policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
      • Maintain confidentiality and security of guest information.
      Qualifications
      • Strong communication and customer service skills.
      • Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
