Job Description:
Reporting to the Department Manager, the IT Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure of projects, ensuring alignment with the United Association's strategies, commitments, and objectives. Responsibilities include:
  • Developing and executing project plans.
  • Assisting in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Identifying necessary tasks and resources.
  • Assembling and coordinating the project team.
  • Allocating project resources appropriately.
  • Establishing project schedules and timelines.
  • Providing guidance and support to the team.
  • Conducting quality assurance checks.
  • Regularly reporting on project status.
  • Delivering progress reports, issues, and solutions to stakeholders.
  • Implementing and managing changes as required to meet project deliverables.
  • Evaluating and measuring project outcomes.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High integrity and commitment to stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Strong problem-solving, leadership, and conflict resolution capabilities.
  • Proficiency in risk, change, and time management.
  • Experience in strategic and project planning.
  • Clear and professional verbal and written communication.
  • Familiarity with project management software and tools.

Education and Experience:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in managing IT projects, with leadership roles in at least 3 successful projects completed on time and within budget.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), or equivalent project management experience.
