    Compensation:
    This position is hourly. The anticipated base pay compensation range for this position is $26.68/hr and $33.36/hr.
    Rewards and Benefits:

    • Access to up to 50% of your paycheck based on hours worked before payday.
    • 18 paid time off (PTO) days annually for full-time employees (accrual prorated based on employment start date) and 6 company holidays per year.

    Position Details
    The Distribution Center (DC) Assistant will support a Director and team by providing a wide range of administrative support and implementing processes to meet business objectives.
    You Will:
    • Effectively manage the leader's time through calendar support and scheduling, including preparing any necessary documentation (e.g., agenda, presentations) for scheduled events.
    • Act as first point of contact for general department inquiries, providing superior customer service and ensuring all incoming requests (e.g., emails, phone calls, visitors, etc.) are prioritized and handled in a timely and professional manner.
    • Coordinate DC tours and onsite meetings including conference room reservations, meeting setup and implementation (including technology), and vendor management.
    • Monitor inventory and procure warehouse supplies that are essential to order processing.
    • Accurately complete departmental/building metrics and financial reporting that directly impact DC achievement award status.
    • Assist with the organization and execution of team member engagement activities such as round tables and recognition.
    • Support DC communications by maintaining bulletin boards, updating communications on display monitors, and may be a contributor to internal social media platform.
    • Compose, modify, and proofread routine correspondence, reports, or presentations from rough drafts and general instructions.
    • Make travel arrangements, reconcile travel and expense reports, and process procurement invoices.
    • Maintain confidential departmental files, records, and procure office supplies.
    • Serve as a back-up for the HR assistant duties.

    You Have:
    • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience Required
    • 1+ years administrative experience Required
    • Ability to quickly acquire knowledge of departmental policies and procedures to answer questions and handle day-to-day activities.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Familiarity with Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SAP, and ability to learn/use other software as needed.
    • Possess good attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with a high degree of integrity.
    • Ability to complete assignments within established timeframes.
