310T Mechanic - Technician ($5,000 BONUS)

First Student is now hiring a 310T Licensed Mechanic to join our shop in Ancaster, Ontario. As a key member of our maintenance team, you'll help ensure the safety and reliability of our iconic yellow school buses-making a real difference in your community every day.

What You'll Do

As a First Student Mechanic, you'll be responsible for:

  • Performing routine maintenance and repairs on brakes, suspensions, drivetrains, and transmissions
  • Diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical issues
  • Completing work orders and documentation
  • Assisting with mobile emergency repairs as needed
What We're Looking For

You may be a great fit if you:

  • Hold a valid 310T Truck and Coach Technician license
  • Have experience with diesel, automotive, electric, or CNG vehicles
  • Own a complete set of mechanic's tools
  • Are safety-focused and eager to grow your skills through ASE testing
