Branch Operations Manager - Haulaway
Salary: $75,000 per year, plus a structured commission opportunity based on performance and success with an unlimited earning potential.
Haulaway is seeking a Branch Operations Manager to lead daily operations at a storage container branch. This role combines hands-on operational leadership with sales support and customer relationship management, owning everything from routing and yard operations to customer satisfaction and growth.
What You'll Do
• Lead daily branch operations and dispatch
• Support and develop drivers and office staff
• Manage container inventory and yard operations
• Support sales, customer retention, and growth initiatives
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance
