THE POSITION

You will become a critical member of the Canadian Marketing team, supporting both the Brand and Marketing Operations functions for FanDuel Casino and Sportsbook. In this role, you'll work across multiple marketing teams to help bring campaigns and promotions to life. 

You'll assist with the development of brand campaign assets alongside internal stakeholders and external agency partners, while also supporting the end-to-end promotion creation process, including setup, testing, QA, publishing, fulfillment, and merchandising across app and web experiences. This role offers exposure to both strategic brand marketing and day-to-day campaign execution in a fast-paced environment. 

THE GAME PLAN
Everyone on our team has a part to play

Brand 

• Support the execution of brand campaigns with internal teams and agency partners  
• Assist in the creation and management of marketing assets  
• Support campaign planning, asset delivery, and cross-functional coordination 

Marketing Operations 

• Support Casino and Sportsbook promotions through setup, testing, QA, and publishing  
• Help maintain promotional content across app and web experiences  
• Support Sportsbook and Casino homepage updates and merchandising 

General 

• Monitor competitor activity and industry trends  
• Support various teams within the Marketing department (Content, PR, Partnerships) as required  

THE STATS
What we're looking for in our next teammate:

• Actively pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields with a strong GPA 
• Interest in brand marketing, digital marketing, and campaign execution  
• Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel and image-editing tools (e.g. Photoshop) 
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment  
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail  
• Knowledge of the North Americans Casino and Sports landscape is a plus 
• Occasionally required to work flexible hours including weekends and/or evenings during key events

The applicable hourly range for this position is $25 - $30 CAD, which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience, location, business needs and market demand. This role may offer the following benefits: extended medical, vision, and dental coverage; life insurance; disability insurance; a retirement program with employer contributions; among other employee benefits. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses and stock program participation. This role includes 12 holidays and two (2) floating holidays.  FanDuel offers paid sick time in accordance with applicable Canadian law.
